Full job description
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls/email/chat and manage, prioritize, and respond to customer issues, questions, and complaintsCarefully diagnose and resolve subscriber hardware and software issues and questions
Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to escalations concerning customer accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
Grow and nurture subscriber relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value
Document necessary account information and offer custom solutions that benefit customers with complex problems
Deliver extraordinary world class results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality
Qualifications:
4-6 years` recent experience responding to technical questions in a help desk or call center setting
Experience with knowledge-centered support
Bachelor`s degree
Familiarity with call center metrics and kpis
Highly developed sense of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction
Passion for excellence and caring for customers
Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to handle complaints and troubleshoot on the spot
Strong detail orientation and communication/active listening skills
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and team player mentality, with strong critical thinking and a common-sense approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
