The senior producer is a key role within the new experience transformation group at tcsWorking with fortune 100 companies around the world and across industries, tcs is part of tata, inc, headquartered in india with a strong heritage and a successful historyThe senior producer is a take-charge, creative problem solver, and team leaderWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate senior producer that will manage projects from concept through to final project completionThe candidate will manage internal cross-functional teams and third-party vendors from creative to client services and design to marketingThe senior producer will focus on pushing the skill set and innovation of creative and technical teams, managing the timelines and sows of diverse projectsThis role will need to have the ability to inspire their teams, present fresh ideas, and solve problems with new approaches and potential technologies.

Key responsibilities:
Partner with the account director, creative director, strategy lead, ux, copywriter and clients to understand, manage and communicate digital client business needs to the team
Propose digital solutions for clients’ anticipated needs by working closely with other roles
Negotiate, define, communicate, and manage the scope of all current and future digital projects
Oversee project management for the creation, development, maintenance and execution of project plans throughout the project lifecycle for deliverables including but not limited to websites, apps, digital sales aids, paid social media, landing pages, crm for performance marketing campaigns
Work to ensure that the account is properly estimated, resourced, quality standards are being met or exceeded and all projects are delivered on time and on budget
Serve as client liaison for all assigned work that is being created, produced and completed
Ensure digital producers maintain project schedules as well as forecast, track and manage digital project budgets, p.o.s, and invoices
Create, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards for all digital project deliverables executed by the team
Oversee the identification, analysis, prioritization, mitigation and communication of project risks for the team
Work closely with procurement and client teams to review estimates and manage multiple bid scenarios, as needed
Research and vet the work of new vendors, platforms and technologies leading to informed recommendations
Produce custom tools and proprietary systems to solve business challenges
Work with creative services, marketing, research and cx/ux groups in planning and driving the execution of customer experience marketing campaigns
Work with the business development team to proactively lead and participate in developing rfis, rfps and proposals for new business opportunities, and furthering organization growth
Qualifications:
5-8+ years’ experience managing omnichannel engagement initiatives and budgets of $500k+ and teams of 3 or more people
5-7+ years of digital technology and marketing experience preferred
Strong technical knowledge, business aptitude and financial acumen planning, estimating, creating sows, and managing budgets and estimates
Excellent two-way communication skills, strong and experienced business and financial acumen, with a detail-minded approach to time, costs, and deadlines
Persistent attention to detail, while maintaining “big picture” understanding of projects
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, involving cross-functional product teams--within budget and schedule constraints.
Demonstrated experience managing external and internal clients and teams, with a knack for collaborating effectively with colleagues in multiple time zones and different cultures
Strong understanding of html, web applications, native applications, apis and programmatic advertising
Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
Hands-on experience working with google marketing platform (doubleclick) and other 3rd party ad serving platforms, others
Ability to manage multiple digital projects in parallel with meticulous attention to detail
Appreciation for cutting edge digital creative technology and marketing best practices with a passion for continuous learning
Demonstrate advanced personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and client trust through internal pitches and proposals
Crm experience knowledge a plus with a deep appreciation experience transformation and what is required to drive our clients’ customer engagement marketing
