What you`ll do
Drive, not rideWith a dedication to service, our sales team goes out and executes in the marketThat’s how you build relationships.
You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams, ensuring collateral (e.g., point of sale (pos) merchandise, branded wearables, vehicle wraps, swag) is successfully designed, produced, and distributedThis is the perfect opportunity for a resourceful problem solver with initiative to build a career in sales and marketing!

Base salary: $55,000+ (depending on experience)
Annual bonus potential: 6%
Location: 2-3 days per week in our preston, wa office
Keep projects moving, serving as the point persons for questions from internal and external partners (e.g., creative needs, program timing, print deadlines, delivery updates, and order status).
Assist with weekly order releases by sending reports to vendor partners, updating vendor trackers, and monitoring inventory to make recommendations on future needs.
Manage online ordering portal by creating new item numbers, compiling images for the website,writing product descriptions, including price, packaging, and estimated ship timesRemove discontinued items as needed.
Assist with vendor order and payment processing: writing purchase orders, batch posting orders, processing invoices, and updating the budget tracker.
Coordinate the details:compiling contact lists, updating catalogues, bi-weekly updates, and monthly newsletter..
Ensure food safety, quality, and sqf practices are followed at all times, advising your immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
What you bring
1+ years of professional office experience balancing competing priorities and coordinating between multiple teams, ideally with time spent at an agency.
High level of comfort with excel.
Great with powerpoint, building professional, on-brand presentations.
