Overview Full-time/permanent employee location: remote Expansia is looking for an entry-level information systems support specialist to help manage the it systems of its distributed workforceReports to operationsCan function remotely or on siteAnticipated hourly position; 20-25 hours per week.
Duties and tasks
Help configure and maintain expansia ’s it platforms Help provision and maintain user accounts Help configure and maintain microsoft azure active directory for expansia ’s user accounts Add, configure, and maintain devices on expansia ’s network topology Assist with monitoring the inputs to the it helpdesk Help create and route it helpdesk tickets Assist in troubleshooting employee/company device issues and provide solutions Interface with platform provider to help install and maintain approved software Coordinate with operations, cybersecurity, and it teams to support computer system operations
Associate degree in information technology or a related field Experience (1-2 years) with responsibilities in system administration Familiarity with a major cloud computing platform (azure preferred) Practical/working knowledge of windows, windows server, microsoft 365, and microsoft azure active directory
