Summary this position reports to the global director of sales.
Territory: the continental united states and canada
Qualifications: the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of corporate account sales experienceThe candidate should possess 10 years of experience in the foodservice industry, and at least 5 years with a dealer/distributor, broker, food distributor or manufacturerThe candidate must have a track record of developing corporate account relationships.
Objectives: maximize sales and profit through personal sales activities throughout the continental united states and canadaThis should be accomplished through building new specifications with national/regional accounts with a focus on hotel management companies, new hotels, and new stadiumsActivities that support this growth include end-user calls, planning, and participation in regional and national shows as well as any other such focused activity necessary to grow salesThe position will be responsible for managing our canadian sales agency along with any corporate accounts in that countryThe position will be responsible for a key list of corporate accounts with new relationships being introduced by the global director of sales.
Understand and initiate activities directed toward obtaining company sales and profit goals in addition to all sales in canadaCoordinate corporate sales initiatives with the support and direction of the global director of sales.
Maintain, initiate and develop corporate product specifications and foodservice programs with various foodservice operators.
Develop product purchasing guides for appropriate national account customers.
Develop relationships with interior designers, food service consultants,
Corporate decision makers.
Promote sales through personal initiatives and national market visits.
Conduct tradeshows including setup and breakdown.
Communicate the needs of the market toward the development of new.
Opportunities and ideas.
Complete all necessary reports in a timely fashion.
Participate in sales blitz activities throughout the spring usa market area.
Compensation: $110k + 30% bonus
Comments: travel will likely range, but not be limited to, between 8 and 12 nights per month.
