This position will profile current members of tvc through engagement to upsell/cross-sell various products, add-ons, etcThrough outbound and inbound phone calls.
Grow revenue for tvc by ensuring existing customers stay on by offering up new products and services
Identifies and solicits existing business by making high volume of outbound calls; builds and maintains a full pipeline of sales prospects
Work through company provided leads and seek business opportunities in the transportation industry
Identify client needs and suggest product/service features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
Meet or exceed monthly sales quota of tvc products to existing customers.
Provide exceptional service to both customers and prospects to resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Work with sales leadership to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
Update all leads and opportunities through salesforce crm system
Work with fleet support to seek out new opportunities for existing fleets.
Ensure detailed activity in salesforces (keep all leads and opportunities up to date
Answer the member’s/associates/companies questions promptly, accurately, and professionally
Have above average knowledge of memberships and benefits
Have above average knowledge of computer system
Check emails daily and respond as necessary
Precisely note all details into the computer system
Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
Arrive on time and stay for the duration of your scheduled shift
Goals are subject to change as necessary
Maintain proper records of attendance by correctly using the paycom system
Exercises discretion and independent judgment in respect to memberships and sales, requiring negotiations
Must be able to verbally communicate with a customer and provider via telephone
Type at least 30 wpm
Be familiar with 10-key
Consistently answer inbound calls as well as make outbound calls
Must have good internet skills
Legibly complete paperwork
Familiarity with memberships and benefits
Self-directed, self-motivated contributor with top notch decision making skills
Ability to perform in high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented sales environment
Strong phone presence and experience dialing high volume of calls per day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with ms word, excel, powerpoint
Experience working with salesforce or similar crm system
Knowledge of trucking industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
