Provides day-to-day hris support to human resources and the organization in hris (workday) including import loads (eib), record maintenance, security, and audit reporting.
Understand, clarify, challenge and assist in documenting business requirements.
Configure & test the workday solution responsibly and knowledgeably.
Demonstrate configuration through the development of prototypes.
Provides technical assistance and solutions in support of annual hr programs and initiatives.
Maintains and supports a variety of system reports for ongoing customer needs.
Serves as technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, querying, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Serves as a systems liaison with other departments and process stakeholders.
Assists in the development of user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for hr-related systems.
Train system users on new processes/functionality.
Recommends and implements short and long-term hris operations initiatives in support of the business unit`s strategic objectivesRecommends process/service improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes.
Assists with special hr-related projects and provides training to other staff members as assigned.
Develop positive relationships with customers and partners to ensure partner objectives and meet/exceed end user satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5-8 years of hr systems, hris, hcm experience
1-2 years of workday configuration experience
Other system support i.eKronos, sharepoint and powerbi preferred
Strong ability to own, execute and deliver on short- and long-term projects
Strong functional and analytical skillset
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, presentation and communications skills
Comfortable communicating with all levels of management
Strong ability to handle a multitude of competing priorities
Strong problem solving and time management skills.
