The partner channel manager will be responsible for establishing, developing and managing channel partnerships as part of the truce partner programThe key objective is to grow, enable and activate channel partners that generate sourced and influenced revenue growth to truceThis works closely with nearly every cross-functional team.
Identify and proactively target prospective partners across various industries to establish collaborative channel sales relationships (refer, co-sell, re-sell)
Evaluate, negotiate and sign partnership agreements in accordance with truce partner program objectives
Act as a market development pioneer in conjunction with partners to create new beach-head success
Develop joint go-to-market plans and drive the execution with channel partners for revenue generation
Evangelize the truce value proposition within the partner organization and facilitate the partner’s value proposition within truce, to yield meaningful field engagement
Work closely with partner sales and marketing to execute gtm plans resulting in partner-sourced and partner-influenced acv growth to meet assigned goals
Conduct account planning and sales strategies with partners to build sales pipeline
Facilitate field coordination to promote partner and truce sales engagement
Support partner lead registration and related processes for ongoing business
Deliver partner enablement to ensure completion of training and staffing requirements
Coordinate with sales ops and others to facilitate partner sales transaction processing
Establish regular cadence to manage pipeline and forecast, including crm opportunity tracking
Provide consistent and comprehensive reports to management of partner performance against targets
Manage assigned partner account relationships as truce primary point of contact

7+ years’ experience in a business development, channel sales or partner development role
Ba/bs degree in business, computer science, or marketing
Experience in saas software and mobile device management (mdm), a plus
Demonstrated experience in establishing new partnerships, enabling and launching them to productivity
Proven track record in generating sales growth through channel partners
Highly motivated with ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Time management and prioritization skills, managing multiple competing deadlines and objectives
Excellent communication skills, including use of ms excel and powerpoint
Willing and able to work remotely, and travel as required (25% - 50%)
