The erp systems analyst will be responsible for the rolling out of ibp across 6 manufacturing plants that support the appliance business unitThe manager will be involved with each phase of the project from master data clean up, blueprint, development, integration testing, uat, bu training, and go liveThe manager will need to ensure that the hierarchies are aligned such that connector plants can easily view common resources to better utilize them and the same applies for tubing plantsManager will need to ensure strong processes are in place to maintain data integrity.
From a sustaining standpoint, the erp systems manager will also play an integral part in ensuring that after the demand consensus data is loaded that the output from a long-term planning perspective is realistic and accurateIn addition, this role will be responsible for the key data reporting for the business unit and developing dashboards in power bi/tableau for stakeholder access.
This position can sit in either harrisburg, pa or be remote.
What your background should look like:
Requires the ability to manage and work on multiple complicated projects & assignments within tight timelines and work streams at one time. Maintaining a clear focus on priorities while dealing with competing user needs. Must be able to deliver results based upon project deadlines. Build strong and positive working relationships with all functional areas. Experience with analytical systems and tools (ibp/sap/ted etc.) preferred. Experience implementing sap solutions. Experience in managing multiple projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Tableau and power bi experience ideal
Candidates with ibp experience will be given preference. Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of experience working with erp systems, preferably sap 3+ years of experience with data analysis Strong excel and access experience required Strong attention to detail, ability to multi task and meet deadlines with a variety of stakeholders
