Revenue strategy & reporting analyst the revenue strategy & reporting analyst is responsible for supporting tcp’s sales reps as a key member of the revenue operations teamThis position will be essential to sales reporting and insights.
As a revenue strategy & reporting analyst, you will:
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and key performance indicators.
Ensure reporting accuracy in key metrics and reports.
Types of reporting:
Market analysis to help determine equitable territories
Pipeline health reporting
Sales capacity modelling to help with revenue portion of annual budgeting process
Whitespace reporting to identify additional revenue targets
Sales repCompliance reporting
Product utilization reporting
Sales segmentation analysis
Other projects and reports as assigned
Identify risks and opportunities to transform data to provide business insights into key performance metrics and dashboards, all of which will help the sales management team focus on performance drivers.
Develop, recommend, and suggest innovative/enhanced reporting processes and analytic tools to support sales initiatives.
Prepare scheduled, in-depth evaluation of sales performance for external and internal reporting as required (e.g., pipeline coverage & velocity, sales forecast, win rates, etc).
Present sales planning analytical output as required for senior management presentations.
Partner and align with assigned sales team and cross-functional teams (finance & accounting, marketing, product).
Build out reports and dashboards with internal teams to provide sales teams with the necessary kpis and reporting metrics.
Own the end-to-end process of tracking sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business.
Provides modeling and organizing statistical studies for the sales department.
Partner with sales leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data.
Assist the sales leaders with pipeline and opportunity inspection.
Prepare quarterly business review presentations.
Manage sensitive materials and data while maintaining confidentiality.

Bachelor`s degree in a business-related function
Minimum of 5 years of business experience
Strong microsoft excel skills
Microsoft access skills preferred
Salesforce.com (sfdc) and tableau experience preferred
Technology or software experience preferred
Preferred experience with sales teams, sales partners or b2b customers
