The vp of mobile marketing brings bold ideas, growth, scalable solutions, and operational savvy to the mobile spaceThe successful candidate will establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of mobile communication initiatives, develop and deploy the mobile strategy playbook to unlock platform functionally, identify sales growth opportunities and socialize mobile channel capabilities.
This position is remote, where you have the option to work from homeOn occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture eventsWe’re proud to offer you choice and flexibility.
Manage external partner relationship to derive platform value and drive innovation
Build campaigns across the customer lifecycle and manage workback schedules to drive timely execution
Create and share monthly channel performance reports to leadership and key stakeholders
Optimize mobile campaigns through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results, sharing best practices, and forming recommendations for next steps
Design mobile playbook and execution roadmap to drive profitable sales growth through mobile marketing campaigns
Develop, build and socialize mobile execution best practices, requirements and timelines within an evolving and dynamic agile marketing environment
Develop key performance indicators and benchmarks for mobile campaigns
Develop and drive capability roadshows and develop case studies to champion mobile marketing adoption
Act as a thought leader, drive innovation and stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in mobile engagement and recommend action plans to drive new or integrated mobile capabilities.
Develop a plan to size, scale, train and operationalize mobile capabilities across the direct marketing team
Refine and manage mobile platform processes to ensure safety and soundness in execution including capacity planning, workflow tools, and retention requirements
Identify, tackle and solution technical roadblocks
Create and maintain a strong, collaborative presence for the mobile channel across synchrony
Drive an agile style environment of constant experimentation and learning
Act as escalation point for campaign issues or needs
Manage and develop direct marketing channel team members
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Bachelor`s degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 10 years of digital marketing experience.
A minimum of the following experiences in a regulated consumer environment that includes (can be concurrent):
8 years of experience in digital marketing channels
3 years of direct marketing experience using campaign delivery platforms
3 years of experience using key performance indictors and benchmarks for marketing campaigns
3 years of demonstrated leadership in campaign operations or workflow management environments
Mba, graduate degree
Team management experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to develop skills and keep abreast of new technologies and trends
Ability to articulate and present thoughts to a non-technical audience
Self-motivated, with demonstrated large-scale project management skills
Demonstrated leadership in campaign operations or workflow management environments
Influencing and working with internal stakeholders in a partnership environment
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and peers, including building and maintaining relationships across the organization
Problem solving and strategic thinking skills
Good knowledge of microsoft office suite (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint)
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of section 19 of the federal deposit insurance act.

The salary range for this position is 85,000.00 - 170,000.00 usd annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in ca and metro ny and some positions are bonus eligible.
