We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven account manager for our publisher solutions, who will be responsible for generating digital advertising revenue and profitability, cultivating long-term strategic partnerships and increasing marketplace visibility for synacorReporting to the director of ad operations, s/he will be expected to meet and exceed advertising revenue goals by providing strategic digital advertising solutions designed to maximize customer objectives and goals.
This position is located in buffalo or remote within the northeast.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Monitor account health; conduct in-depth reviews to improve kpis focused on revenue and profitability. Act as the main point of contact for clients from the time a contract is signed, including kickoff, launch, optimization, and growth. Identify and develop opportunities for growth of key accounts; build and maintain a robust sales upsell pipeline pushing opportunities through the sales cycle to close. Secure and execute face-to-face client meetings to foster relationships, growth opportunities, and overall retention. Understand client/market needs and champion product improvements (e.gNew features and functionality) to support customer retention. Assist clients with ad hoc issues or questions relating launching their deal. Prepare monthly billing statements for clients; work with client to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Increase exposure for synacor among key decision makers in the advertising community. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability targets.
