At swiftline, you`ll be working with high growth e-commerce companies that are ready to invest in data driven decision making to power growth for their businessThis role is primarily responsible for selling our charm.io software to saas platforms, investment companies, agencies, and customers into the swiftline company through prospecting, holding product demonstrations, running fast sales cycles, building relationships, and showcasing the value swiftline can provide.
Our enterprise sales cycles are typically 30-60 days and require you to build rapport, converse with multiple stakeholders, and differentiate swiftline`s offering all in a short amount of timeIf you`re someone who is a self-starter, enjoys creating new relationships with your customers, and can learn quickly, this role is for you.
This is not a silo positionWe want a collaborative and energetic individual that can contribute to the sales and marketing teams, work in a dynamic environment, deliver messaging and product feedback back into the marketing and product organization and work proactively to drive overall sales performance.
What you`ll do
Holding initial product demonstrations for prospective customers.
Developing a named prospect list that you own to generate new business opportunities.
Working with marketing and partnerships to generate new business opportunities.
Run a sales process that provides value to our prospective customers in their buying journey.
Diligently updating the crm and other sales technology as needed.
Tracking performance metrics, reviewing calls, and prospect channel analysis to optimize effectiveness and develop in your role
What we look for
Bachelor`s degree in sales, marketing, market research, financial services, consulting, business development, investment banking or client success.
2+ years of software sales experience with demonstrated success
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation and on social media.
Ability to pinpoint customer pain points and accurately assess the platform value for both the company and customer.
Self-motivated, tenacious, confident, independent, and strong attention to detail with an entrepreneurial spirit.
An individual with a positive attitude who loves to win and gets energy from working with a supportive team.
Driven to build new things and relationships with a bias towards action.
Thrives in a fast paced, high-energy environment with a growth mindset and focus on attacking challenges to advance your career.
