Full job description
We are looking for a talented, experienced, english speaking full-time nurse support specialist to join our nurse support team and help us provide exceptional customer support to our nurse community.
The core work of the nurse support specialist is to provide excellent community support for nurses and their clientsNurses require assistance in the following areas:
Help schedule interviews for new candidates with the nurse team
Process offers for new hires and onboard them to the platform/service
Handle support tickets with requests from users through inbound/outbound calls and emails
Payroll, billing and hr issues
Marketing and sales issues and needs
You will liaise with the corporate departments - finance, hr, marketing, operations and engineering to resolve any issues that can not be resolved at the first level.
You will work with our product team to identify areas of opportunity for improvement in the nurse team’s user experience, quality of service or the back office productivity and design and run experiments to test your hypothesis and design new features based on these data.
You are also every nurse’s first impression of what it’s like to be a swift shift user as well as their first experience working with the swift shift team and brand, so it is mission-critical that this interaction is positive, efficient, and demonstrates the team’s values of putting nurse teams and their client’s first and delivering quality and reliability through enablement, empowerment and long term commitment to make the profession of homecare nursing the profession of choice for as many people as possible.
Location: remote - can be anywhere
Hours: available 40 hours a weekSome holiday/weekend will be required (in coordination with your manager)
Language: fluent english required both verbal and written
1-3 years experience in providing case management services in pdn homecare (preferred) or customer support in hospitality, e-commerce
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to help our nurses in a practical and efficient manner
Can prioritize important tasks and find quick solutions that focus on helping the nurses ensure client service is reliable and professional
Excellent time management skills
