Student Admissions Executive

Job description

As a Student Admissions Executive, you'll help students Enroll with the right Universities and Colleges. Gather important information, and answer questions. You'll be the guiding light, helping them succeed through the Customer Journey until they get Enrolled.

Explain courses to potential students, aiding enrolment decisions.
Collect and organize application documents from students.
Build rapport and engagement with new students for quality education.
Assist in the interview and English test preparation for unconditional offers.
Create SOPs and CVs and manage application submissions.
Schedule interviews and tests and ensure attendance.
Maintain student progress in CRM.
Engage previous students for future intakes.
Provide motivating support for students' journeys through Submitting Applications till get Enrolled.
 

Job responsibilities

• Support special projects every month or three months.
• Do better than what's expected and set new standards.
• Be open to working at night, on weekends, or during UK hours.
• Work hard with the team to turn problems into wins.

Job Requirements

• A/L's completed students with excellent English skills will be considered.
• Call Center / Sales Experiences will be considered as an Excellent Advantage.
• Fluent in Spoken and Written English is a priority.
• 2 years of Student counselor / University Career Advisor experience is an excellent advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Should be able to work during UK business hours.
• Looking for long-term career growth.
• Minimum GCE-A/L's or BA/BSc Degree, CIM partial qualification is an excellent advantage.
