Key responsibilities -
Manage daily customer orders accurately and follow up
Record customer details
Route calls to appropriate resource Manage and resolve customer complaints Candidate profile -
Experienced call center agents and school leavers with O / L qualifications Pleasant personality with a friendly tone and a positive attitude
Excellent problem resolution skills and ability to multi - task in a fast - paced , stressed environment Verbal and listening skills , attention to details and fluency in English and Sinhala
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to meet established productivity , effectiveness , training , sales and quality goals , and accepts
and incorporates feedback Strong system skills , ability to learn , retain and apply large amounts policy and system information
Basic computer literacy and average typing speed Working conditions -
Morning shift - 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Evening shift - 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm
