Steady Platform is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be central to proactively sourcing, nurturing and recruiting potential talent through the considerable growth anticipated over the next 24 months and beyond. The Talent Partner will collaboratively drive the people strategy within their identified business unit(s) to build stronger, functional customer experiences enhancing business performance with a heightened focus on talent acquisition & selection, development and retention.
The successful candidate will work closely with all HR/Talent team members and support staff on initiatives including workforce planning, talent acquisition and selection, promotions, employment branding and retention strategies, while supporting Steady’s business vision and values in all behaviors and activities. The Talent Partner will be responsible for providing the highest quality of services by guiding hiring managers and candidates through the company’s Talent acquisition and selection framework, while maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, employees, their peers and the external Steady community.
