Stafflink is seeking a peo business development representative to work sunrise, floridaRemote work may be considered
The business development representative is responsible for building, identifying and developing unique sales opportunities and referral channel partners in stafflink’s targeted marketsThe business development representative is responsible for self-generating leads, advancing the sales process and closing new business while proposing complex peo/hro customer solutions to potential customersYou will have no direct reports.
We are looking for someone who has:
Five (5) or more years of direct business-to-business (b2b) field sales experience within a quota driven environment of selling a nontangible service or concept.
We prefer 2 years of peo (professional employer organization) experience of the co-employment human capital management industry.
Solid work experience with developing own leads, pipeline and distribution channels.
Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals and exceed sales quotas.
Effective communication with c-suite level decision makers at small to midsize companies and their trusted advisors.
Strong knowledge of peo products and services.
Proficiency with customer relationship management (crm) technology and microsoft office suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Financial acuity.
You will be:
Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
Soliciting prospective clients through cold-calling and lead generation.
Managing an active pipeline.
Developing competitively priced service proposals based on business background information, i.e., payroll activity, hiring practices, employee benefits administration, unemployment and workers compensation risks, determining service level needs.
Presenting proposals to key decision makers explaining the concept of hr outsourcing.
Meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas.
