As our director of national accounts you will oversee the on premise sales and marketing efforts of strategic restaurant and bar national account partnersIn this role you will initiate and cultivate buyer relationships while implementing programs with our distributor partners and internal sales teamsYour focus will be developing emerging, regional accounts throughout the country and mining for new large national account partnersWe need you to be a self-starter, result-driven, an innovative thinker who identifies as a high-performer with strong leadership, marketing, and communication skills as well as a proven track record of building brands, innovative problem solving, and closing business.
Contribute to spiritless’ overall financial performance by supporting the on premise national account depletion target
Identify appropriate national on premise accounts and make presentations ro secure distribution and promotional activity
Execute corporate strategic plans for our portfolio across appropriate on premise national accounts
Initiate and develop strategic relationships with key decision makers and drive indicators and program bulletins
Identify and implement brand prioritization by state and customer
Develop key performance indicators and identify systems and measurements to manage and report results
Utilize and implement national and state level pricing standards and deviations when building national account presentations
Ability to use internal and external data to create fact based selling stories and solutions
Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or related field or equitable work experience
Minimum 5 years of key account/national account sales experience
Minimum 3 years experience in wine/spirits industry
Experience with the three tier distribution system
Ability to manage complexity and multiple projects at one time
A valid driver’s license
Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
Willingness to travel
Proficient in google suite and microsoft office products
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
