Genius sports have recently acquired spirable, a leading creative performance platform.
Spirable allows brands, agencies and rights holders to create, automate and optimize highly personalized contentThe at-scale offering uses live and contextual data and ai to distribute content across the major digital media channels including facebook, twitter, youtube and snapchatThe saas platform is highly complementary to genius’ existing media and advertising products, expanding the company’s ability to deliver fans contextually relevant and personalized content.
The combination of genius sports’ official sports data, extensive network, and operational scale with spirable’s highly innovative video platform will result in deeper engagement, higher performance, and lower cost of acquisition for partners.

As a customer services manager in our nyc office, you will be part of the wider client services team which includes strategy, technical account management and ad ops.
You will be responsible for scoping & delivering campaigns for our managed service clients, as well as onboarding our self-serve clients onto our platformAs such, you are a pivotal player in our mission to be “the best partner our clients have ever worked with”.
Day-to-day, you will be working with stakeholders at all levels across brands and their agencies, helping them define their dynamic creative strategy, managing their campaigns and briefing internal teams where needed.
This is a critical role in a growing team, and you’ll be working closely with experienced hands who will mentor and support your professional developmentIt requires a person who is process driven and has attention to detail, but who is also comfortable working outside of their comfort zone as part of an agile team in a fast-paced environment.
Own the relationship and ultimate success of campaign work and arr on-boardings, bringing-in internal specialists and senior support as needed
Define project plans and scoping during pre-sales conversations to drive customer business outcomes
Support and mentor solutions executives that are responsible for completing customer-specific requests or tasks
Generate case studies and success metrics providing actionable insights
Contribute to the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
2+ years experience in client services, account management or project management in the digital marketing space
Intermediate proficiency in excel/google sheets
Excellent communication skills; you enjoy building relationships, overcoming push back and high touch client interaction
Detail-oriented with the ability to project manage, set priorities and stay organised when managing multiple client relationships
Strong technical skills or the ability to quickly learn technical concepts
Proactive and energetic attitude with the desire to be a key player on a results-oriented team
