Work from inventory warehouse and liaise with headquarter and remote based colleagues
Inspect, test, repair, upgrade, and pack instruments, pcs, demo cases, tools, and parts as needed before shipment
Confirm service part and tool part numbers as needed
Salvage parts from obsolete or damaged instruments and subassemblies for field use
Perform technical inspections of damaged inbound material and advise on disposition
Monitor and update online task lists
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver`s license
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or military technical training
Experience in repair or field service of medical diagnostic or biotech research products is desired
Ability to follow processes that are required for conducting primary job responsibilities
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
Strong customer focus
Self-motivated team-player
Must be authorized to work in the usa
