* contract to hire with conversion salary of $80,000-$90000 with an 8% bonus
* 100% remote

This job leads, supports and facilitates process improvement initiatives across multiple functional units for both strategic and continuous process improvement effortsStrategic and transformational support includes design and support throughout implementation to assure people/process/technical solutions align with strategic initiative while driving consensus among business units including process ownership and governanceDesign activities include the documentation, management and oversight of end to end workflow process analysis assuring improved productivity, cost effectiveness, appropriate embedding of key performance indicators, and appropriate controls for both regulatory and compliance considerationsProvides consultative services and analytic support to business management leveraging lean practices, six sigma methodologies and tools, capacity planning, resource allocation, work simplification, service level management, organizational design, consolidation, performance measurement systems, productivity improvement and expense control.
In this position the resource will work across several different business areas in medicaid including configuration, product, it and clinicalThis team is built in to projects and works with the project manager and leadership for deliveryThis is a business process team.
Manager is looking for someone with previous process engineering/lean six sigma experience
Senior level position
Bachelor`s degree required
Green belt certification required (open to black belts)
Pm concepts
Excellent soft skills, able to present and speak to executive level management
Healthcare experience highly preferred
Healthcare claims experience highly preferred
Must have experience in the following:
O process mapping
O dmaic process
O current to future state
O control plans
O insightful diagrams
O sipoc
O ideation sessions
O root cause analysis
