Full job description
The smartsheet digital marketing team is looking for a web producer who will help improve the workflow and execution of experiences across our digital touchpoints inclusive of smartsheet`s websites, community, social channels.
You will report to our senior digital experience manager and is based in bellevue, wa and the role is remote eligible.

You will:
You will increase engagement to smartsheet`s online web properties through execution of content strategies, collaborating with partners for creating and publishing of web pages as part of ongoing web update requests and to support larger projects
You will help manage optimization efforts for our digital experience optimization (dxo) program from concept to launch
You will coordinate optimizely a/b testing and personalization experiments
Lead the publishing of web pages through our cms system
Work with our marketing analytics lead to pull data and build insightful analytics reports (reporting on website user metrics, traffic, bounce rate..) to measure and guide our web efforts
You will be accountable to deliverables set
You will have strong grammar skills and learn our domain
You will not afraid to ask questions, to get information to be successful
You will enjoy and excel at working across a diversity of projects
You have:
3+ years web production and cms publishing experience
Work with other teams and external partners representing brand
Understand strategic, creative, and technically minded personas of website audience and customer journey
Basic seo knowledge
Experience of brand website content and operations
Working knowledge of html/css; javascript, helpful but not required
General knowledge of image and asset creation and optimization for the web
Adapt to changes in priorities and shifting directions
Contribute to other projects as our needs require
Some website a/b testing knowledge
Website publishing and content management experience (preferably drupal)
Curiosity for all aspects of digital marketing and product offering
Nice haves
1+ years seo experience
2+ years experience working in google analytics
Experience building web insight reports
3~5 years experience publishing content on a cms (preferably drupal)
