Simon’s agency incIs looking for an experienced sales executiveThe ideal candidate will be responsible for actively taking part in all sales activities from lead generation to closing through existing and new professional relationshipsThis position will require functional knowledge of the third-party debt collection space and must be comfortable discussing best known methods as well as identifying what services will best suite the needs of current and prospective clientsThe sales executive candidate must be able to collaborate and partner with the executive leadership team as well as functional areas within the organization throughout the sales cycle.
Sales executive responsibilities
Drive the development of the current third-party debt collection business as well as help increase service offerings that would be of benefit to current and prospective clients.
Provide consultative services to current and prospective clients to determine needs and offer services/solutions accordingly.
Communicate changes within the debt collection industry to current and prospective clients to better improve their knowledge and understanding of the debt collection industry.
Prospect through cold calls, emails and networking.
Analyze client portfolios to determine the best strategy to assist clients with increasing recovery of collection accounts.
Exceed kpi’s and monthly/annual benchmarks set by management.
Sales executive qualifications & skills
High school equivalent
Proficient communicator and listener
Effective problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Understanding of the debt collection industry
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
