Position details
Great opportunity for a self-motivated, full-stack developer, working from the comfort of your home! this position is responsible for developing & maintaining our public-facing ecommerce web sites, web services, and integrations to and from that environmentThis position supports and works in partnership with the ecommerce business teams by ensuring the websites are highly performant and highly stableSsb offers a flexible team environment with opportunity for both front and back end work.
Code, test, document and maintain complex episerver/optimizely websites in a pci compliant environment
Write clean, maintainable code by following coding standards and participating in peer code reviews
Work in an agile environment, including iterative development and open communication
Communicate daily with business users, developers and manager
Proactively learn and experiment with the latest web technologies, trends and best practices
Participate in large complex projects that involve multiple developers, teams, and systems

Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mis, mathematics, engineering, business or area of functional responsibility; or equivalent work experience (ideally 4-6 years).
2+ years of hands on .net experience
Expert in object oriented programming
Strong knowledge of styling, design, and ui development
Strong knowledge of developing for an ecommerce framework
Strong in c#, .net, vue, html5, css3, javascript, ajax, nuget, jquery
Experience in mvc and microsoft sql development
Experience with source control (ie, git and visual studio source control)
Experience with software development lifecycle
Experience with mobile and responsive design (ie, bootstrap), using vue to optimize functionality
Must have excellent communication
Must be able to estimate accurately, plan ahead, and hit deadlines
Strongly preferred education, skills, abilities, and experience:
Experience in agile scrum
Experience with build/release management
Experience with amazon web services (aws) is a plus
Knowledge of seo concepts
