Responsibilities
Completing outbound calls
Conducting annual policy reviews
Supporting customer service activities
Participating in daily team goal setting meetings via phone or zoom
Adhere to agreed upon hours: 9am – 5pm pst
Requirements
1 year customer service required
Basic computer skills/knowledge
Excellent organizational skills
Sales experience preferred
Goal orientated
Must have property & casualty insurance license or the ability to study and pass exam by 6/20/22
