Job description
The shopify sales concierge reps are the front line of our shopify revenue team and they need a leader that will help them scale their responsibilities and grow as individualsAs the sales concierge team lead, you will be responsible for monitoring the team’s activity levels and coaching them through roadblocksAdjusting the concierge workflow on a regular basis will ensure the team is adding the most value possibleYou will also be responsible for finding new and creative ways that the concierge team can have the most impact.
You will be working on things like:
Monitoring the team’s daily/weekly activities through our crm
Coaching the team through roadblocks and ensuring they are developing the appropriate skills to help them be successful in sales
Maintaining an open feedback loop with our marketing team, sales reps and sales leadership to ensure the team is providing value where needed
Implementing new workflows and processes to scale the team for long term impact

Excellent written/verbal communication skills
The ability to give clear and direct feedback
Coaching skills to level up everyone on your team
The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and make quick decisions
Strong process improvement skills to help develop the team and their workflow as things change with the business
An understanding of the plus, retail and money sales process and where the concierge team can add value
The ability to lead a regional team by providing amazing support to your remote team members
Excellent problem solving skills
