As a technical talent partner you will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment and placement of technical hires within the organization across multiple disciplines including; software engineering, devops, automation, it, data science, product, analytics, and finance.

What you’ll do:
Help find top-tier candidates who play a crucial role in building and shaping how we support small & mid-sized companies to be successful online. Provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions. Conduct screening calls and video interviews to determine if the candidate meets the criteria needed and ensure . Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process. Update reports, hris, ats with appropriate information. Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and help them make objective hiring decisions. Foster long-term relationships with candidates, and provide a white glove candidate experience. Coordinate interviews with teams; gather feedback and follow-up with candidates. Extend job offers; negotiate base salary. Schedule onsite, final interviews for associate level openings in support of our 4 core fulfillment centers. Actively be involved in creating brand awareness through a variety of social media platforms. Assist in building a diverse candidate pipeline through strategic sourcing efforts. Participate in recruiting events (most likely virtual). Facilitate new hire onboarding, including background, reference checks, i 9 verifications/e-verify, new hire paperwork and other items. Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring to the table:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and/or sourcing experience. A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical recruiting experience in a high-growth environment, preferred.
