As a solutions consultant at shipbob, you will act as a subject matter expert for several key revenue-driving programsYou will fill a gap in our partnership, sales, and implementation process by providing more expertise on complex upsells such as our flexport flow program, cross-docking, and more.
This role is multifaceted, but is also quota-bearingA strong candidate will be comfortable selling directly to customers and positioning solutions around their needs, but also will be able to troubleshoot issues based on deep understanding of shipbob and upstream systems.

What you’ll do:
Establish subject matter expertise (sme) around 3-5 key initiatives where partner/integration involvement is essential to success (e.gFlexport flow program).
Consult with shipbob merchants on all facets of key initiatives, including prospecting, selling, and onboarding.
Manage a merchant pipeline by working with and through salespeople and account managers.
Liaise directly with partners` contacts to ensure best outcomes for our merchants.
Be the internal evangelist within shipbob for your programs, touching multiple stakeholder groups.
Track and report on all pipeline metrics, sales activity, and revenue results in salesforce using existing tools (e.gOpportunity records for upsells, funnel metric dashboards).
Consistently hit revenue targets by selling existing programs effectively.

Previous experience in roles that demand both customer interaction and technical prowess (e.gSolutions, sales engineering, technical account management).
Shipping/logistics experience is a must have.
Ecommerce experience is a plus.
Retail or marketplace experience is a plus.
