What we’re looking for:
Sermo is looking for a research analyst within sermo’s insights & innovation teamIn this role, you will provide primary research support to clients, from questionnaire optimization to data and insights deliveryWith guidance from the senior manager, insights & innovation, you will serve as a trusted advisor and partner across multiple clients and projects.
You will be responsible for delivering on variety of research requests with a high-level of accuracy and speedYou will add value to the organization and our clients by suggesting appropriate and effective solutions to ensure a quality deliverable that meets the satisfaction of the clientThe environment is fast paced and provides an opportunity for you to grow and learn in a collaborative culture where you can quickly build and expand your research knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the research process of each assigned project to assure that the research methodology, instruments, and vendors are the best fit for achieving results
Design, evaluate, and optimize quantitative surveys created internally and externally
Evaluate, coordinate, and manage vendors on continuous project-by-project basis
Assist in the preparation of reports developed from the research data collected
Present the findings and recommendations to senior leadership and internal clients
Evaluate source data quality and accuracy with an ability to identify and escalate issues
Support the team in preparing storyboarding, charting reports, or other client deliverables
Skills & qualifications:
Solid knowledge and understanding of quantitative market research processes and methodologies; experience with qualitative market research also a plus
Experience in healthcare market research
At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with questionnaires
Ability to synthesize vast amounts of information to see the “big picture” story in findings
Ability to create compelling presentations to communicate research findings and confidently convey insights through storytelling
Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while managing all projects and responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems
Ability to collaborate effectively with a global team across regions and time zones
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency using ms excel, ms word, ms powerpoint, spss (or any other statistical program)
Willingness to trial and adopt new technologies in market research
