As a senior product designer, you will have an extraordinary opportunity to influence customer journeys and mobile application design at seity healthIn this role, you will be part of a team of ux and ui designers working directly with the product managers, researchers, information architects, and engineering teams to understand business goals, generate user insights and translate business and user needs into highly engaging whole health experiencesAs part of a small but rapidly growing start-up, the senior ux designer collaborates on current projects, research, and design sessions to ensure that the work produced is high-quality and meets our experience and business goalsYou will be responsible for mobile application design, ensuring fidelity to the product.
Primary job duties & responsibilities
Create high-fidelity mobile application designs
Perform design activities leveraging ux methodologies
Report research findings to stakeholders by translating findings into scalable design solutions
Design and validate concepts with end-users and turn insights into ui and visual designs
Streamline scalable design and feedback processes
Collaborate with the design team to implement ux best practices while reinforcing brand values and standards
Build wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes to tackle complex ux problems
Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes and improvements during project handoffs
Requirements
3-5 years of experience designing and shipping mobile and web applications
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a timely fashion, with competing priorities and deadlines
Experience with wireframing/ prototyping software such as figma, adobe, etc.
Experience working in an agile/scrum development process
A creative problem solver with an intuitive design eye for ui and ux
