Job description
What you’ll do
Represent seek thermal to customers in a professional manner.
Be the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams, including planning with operations, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product according to customer needs.
Ensure crm pipeline and forecasting tools are being used correctly by the sales organization.
Solicit customer feedback on new product or service features for both current and future needs.
Oversee order entry and confirm that shipping dates are being managed and hit.
Responsible for abiding by export control regulations when processing sales orders.
Help create and document new sales processes, always ensuring efficiency.
Help drive the development and growth of international regions by being the liaison between hq and the international sales teams.
Drive weekly shipping meeting ensuring that all orders are going out on time.
Be the point person between sales and operations to ensure that sales has the product they need on the shelf to hit their targets.
Help create, implement, and maintain export control processes and archiving.
Help create, implement, and maintain ios processes.
Ensure seek is receiving customer pos reports monthly.
Drive the s&op process with seek operations.
Work closely with finance on rep firm commission tracking.
Maintain seek price sheets.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
Under the direct supervision of the sales director, the sales operations manager is responsible for overseeing seek’s sales processes on a day-to-day basis, while identifying gaps and developing new processes that ensure operational efficiencyAs the sales operations manager, you will develop a trusted relationship with the outside sales managers as well as key stake holders in other departments to ensure all sales requests are being addressed and delivered onYou will also work closely with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas as neededAdditionally, you will develop a deep understanding of the company’s solutions, assist clients with onboarding and oversee account and order management.
Skills knowledge and abilities:
Proficient and disciplined use of netsuite erp
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience in vena forecasting tool
Proficiency in ms office applications (word, excel, ppt, etc)
A positive professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow as a professional.
Must have a strong attention to detail
Experience with consumer electronics in a role supporting sales or operations highly desired
Export control experience a plus
Onboarding and training skills
Management skills
Qualifications: (education and experience)
4+ years in sales operations
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
