What you’ll do
As our head of sales & support, you’ll create the go-to-market strategy to bring our revolutionary seakeeper product to marketYou’ll build both the team and structure behind the product to ensure immediate and future growthBuilding a world-class customer experience will be what drives you, and in this role you’ll have the freedom and resources to create that ideal experienceYou’ll lead development of application and integration tools and ensure the materials provided make as much of an impact on the user experience as our jaw dropping productYou’ll make an immediate impact to our organization by:
Working with the ceo, establish global sales and support strategy
Implementing the sales and support strategies including revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction
Promoting a customer-oriented culture where customers are buying from us because they want to, not because they have to
Building and leading a growth-oriented global sales organization and a world-class customer support and applications engineering team
Partnering with marketing to develop effective sales materials and presentations
Ensuring operational tools such as forecasting systems are implemented and utilized for effective planning and communication with operational leadership
As the voice of the customer, act as liaison with product engineering for product introductions and improvements
Being part leader and part doer, you’ll have responsibility for both building and executing the strategic initiatives that support both the launch and long-term growth
Communicating and implementing seakeeper’s strategy internally and externally so that all employees, partners, suppliers, and contractors understand the company-wide strategic plan and goals
Ensuring that business goals are set appropriately, communicated clearly, and executed on aggressively
Developing the sales and service tools to scale the business, enhancing our customers and dealers experience
What you need to succeed

15+ years of leadership experience in sales, business development or applications engineering
Demonstrated experience in managing, coaching and developing a quickly growing team
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Openness to collaboration in all scenarios – you bring good ideas to the table, but can also recognize them from others
Flexible and agile with the ability to pivot quickly to changing circumstances and business demands
Strong command of microsoft office products
Experience in the following areas:
Direct to consumer, mass distribution sales and support
High growth phase of a business

This is a remote position, but the ideal candidate will be located in florida with the ability to travel up to 50% of the time
