About the role:
As Samsara continues to grow its direct sales team, we are looking for our next enablement team member to support sales onboarding. Joining a sales enablement team of 8, you’ll partner closely with cross-departmental stakeholders and sales leadership to ensure a positive new hire experience. You’ll personally deliver trainings, uplevel training curriculum, and develop new learning formats to ensure each sales hire is prepared to be successful in their role.

In this role, you will:
- Work directly with new sales hires to ensure a strong understanding of Samsara’s customers, unique value proposition, products and sales process.
- Partner with cross-departmental teams and sales leadership to maintain high training standards.
- Facilitate bi-weekly training sessions, administer eLearning curriculum, manage events for sales new hire onboarding program
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Enthusiastic about working with new-hires and creating a positive onboarding experience
- Experience in personally facilitating training sessions for groups of 15+
- 3-5 years of direct sales or enablement experience
- Based in Mexico
An ideal candidate also:
- Has a background in program management
- Can extract actionable insights from performance data
- Has experience managing a company LMS/Tech Stack
- Is comfortable in an unsupervised working environment
- Works closely with direct team & is comfortable receiving & giving feedback
