SageSure, an innovation-focused insurance and technology company, is in search of an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our growing and dynamic Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll help find and engage a diverse mix of qualified candidates to consider for our open roles. You'll bring expertise in search techniques and candidate engagement, partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to focus on building pipelines for our current and future needs. You'll identify, engage, screen, and cultivate talent while always communicating the knowledge you gain and feedback you receive with recruiters and hiring managers. You'll seek to further our core values and stay true to our commitment to diversity.
Who You Are:
You’re a recruiting guru who keeps abreast of trends and new ways to source talent. You have an active LinkedIn network which you leverage daily and are skilled in searching for passive talent using a variety of other sourcing tools. You’re creative, energetic, passionate, and naturally inquisitive. You’re a strategic sourcer adept at building and optimizing customized strategies, with deep knowledge as an internet researcher. You’re organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
