Job description you’ll be a strategic partner to accounting firms helping craft solutions that accelerate growthThe needs of every relationship will be different—perhaps it’s a personnel issue, or maybe a technical hiccup—you’ll discover these pieces of the puzzle and consult with firms on how to put them togetherYou’ll enjoy this role if you can speak the accounting language and desire to act as a coach or consultant by sharing your findings.
Your goal as a pdm:
The focus is partner growth, 5-30% to be exactAs part of the partner organization, you’ll collaborate with top accounting firms and bpos coaching them in how to accelerate growthThe partners you’ll work with have a ton of potential; they’ll turn to you to help guide them to the right resources.
Your first 90 days:
With the support of the team, you’ll embark on a training journey aimed at supplying you with confidence to speak the accounting language and understand sage intacct products.
When you’re ready, you’ll build relationships with partners discovering how they can enhance their businessEventually, you’ll earn a front row seat to witnessing their revenue grow because of your efforts!

Key responsibilities minimum qualifications:
3 years of coaching partners (within accounting firms or consulting firms) to drive growth within their practice.
You consider yourself fluent in accounting lingo (or desire to learn how to speak it).
Knowledge of mid-market accounting software (like sage intacct) is something you have or want to learn.
You’ve earned a bachelor’s degree in business.
