Position overview
The client relationship manager will work with the director of district partnerships to manage and implement consulting contracts throughout the yearYou will report to the director of district partnershipsIn this role you will help to develop and execute training of leadership and tutoring staff to outside organizations, have regular check-ins with the organizations whose contract you manage, provide detailed feedback regarding saga`s standards for implementation and fidelity of the program and provide the organization`s leadership with on-demand resources catered to the needs of their organization.
Responsibilities
You will modify and execute training for leadership and tutoring staff for outside organizations
You will manage individual contracts with organizations and fulfill duties outlined in the contract
You will provide detailed actionable feedback to organizations leadership staff based on tutorial observations
You will check in regularly with organizations leadership staff to provide on-demand resources for continued improvements
You will ensure saga`s standards are being implemented and the program is being run with fidelity
You will support with virtual feedback to tutors using saga`s online tutor training portal

Experience & qualifications
You have completed a bachelor`s degree in related field
You have 3+ years of teaching experience and/or 2+ years working as site director with saga for internal candidates
You have 2+ years working on consulting projects (preferred)
You have experience in remote management, organization, and communication
You have experience with train the trainer models (preferred)
You are able to travel up to 50% of the time, as this role require approximately 50% travel
