We are seeking a dedicated Senior Human Resources Generalist to be an integral part of the HR Operations team. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for partnering with the HR Director on many HR functions, including performance management, employee experience, compliance, and execution. In this role, the Senior Human Resources Generalist will partner with the internal HR team and all levels of employees across the various business units.
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote (CA Required, San Diego Based a Plus but not Required)
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required
Human Resources Generalist experience: 3+ years
Thorough knowledge of current employment-related laws and regulations (multi-state)
Payroll/HRIS experience for organizations with 25+ employees.
Demonstrate effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others.
Demonstrated planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a time-sensitive environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Docs and Slides
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A patient listener with a servant-leader approach and an urgency for excellence
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Evaluation of KPI's:
