This position is responsible to create and execute an effective sales and business development strategy for the organization while representing the sales and marketing function at the EXCO level of the organization. Further drive sustainable financial growth, through boosting revenue generation programs such as customer attraction, customer conversions, and forging a strong relationship with clients. Provide leadership in stakeholder engagement, digital marketing, developing referral channels, networking with KOLs, with a clear understanding of the financial model for the hospitals and the relevant target groups, will also be few key deliverables of this role.
Dynamic individual with Masters/Bachelors Degree in Business Management /Marketing along with a professional qualification in marketing from a recognized university/institute.
Individual with minimum OS years of experience in sales and marketing function at a managerial level in a reputed organization.
The person with good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different target groups and networking skills with strategic thinking and negotiation skills
