This position develops new software applications and maintains existing applications through updates and modificationsWorks with the business to customize/update highly complex software for computer programs, designs prototype applications, implements and tests source code, troubleshoots software applications and effectively execute the development planExemplifies the rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with rush policies and procedures.

Position responsibilities:
Handles highly complex work critical to the organization.
Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring.
Designs and develops software applications to meet customer needs.
Understands and follows through with business requirements during all phases of development.
Transforms design into functionality; tests and maintains layout and other components to enhance user-experience.
Implements software applications.
Follows and updates the design specifications as needed.
Participates in peer technical reviews.
Supports software applications.
Continuously maintains; tests and troubleshoots issues and problems.
Creates installation, troubleshooting, and end user documentation.
Provides support and follow-up for issues.
Position qualifications include:
Bachelor degree.
At least 7 years of experience in software development life cycle (sdlc).
Business and system analysis experience.
Experience utilizing techniques and tools including azure services, apigee api management portal and machine learning applications.
Exposure to c#, html, css, .net, sql, kotlin and swift languages
Experience with scrum and other agile based methodology of software development.
Security, privacy, and regulatory/hpiaa compliance healthcare environment experience fhir or other epic development
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
