The lead, line producer is an organized self-starter who will keep production projects aligned with roundglass’ goals and support the team in achieving themYou are responsible for facilitating the creative process while delivering content on time and within budgetYou will ensure that the budget and scope are in alignment with rg’s deadlines and initiativesThe lead, line producer will partner with creatives and the production team to create the production roadmap for each projectYou must have equal passion for coordinating and projects, as well as collaborating with others.
What you`ll do:
Create and manage the budget and ensure it is in line with the production’s creative goals
Partner with creative leadership, offer solutions that manage scope and maintain creative vision
Assist with recruiting and hiring talent
Create and communicate production priorities
Oversee and communicate production schedule(s)
Manage the crew and talent, ensuring production is running smoothly and on schedule
Provide risk assessment and anticipate potential hiccups in the schedule
Who we`re looking for:
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the wellbeing space
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present complex issues in a clear manner
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Ability to work proactively and independently and manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Familiarity with a start-up environment preferred
