The founders background is in video production, making a lot of real estate property videos, and when covid hit, there wasn’t an accessible, or scalable solution for agents to keep creating quality videos and the brokerages suffered from the lack of branding, consistency and quality across their regionsThat’s when rolla was born.

We’re the ideal solution for real estate agents looking to film on their own but with the skills and tools to capture professional quality content and then have us take care of the rest - the edits, post-production, branding etc.

And now, we’re migrating over to our own app! we’ve improved and streamlined our process and are now able to deliver our services through an incredible app experienceWe need to ensure that every user has an incredible experience with our product from start to finish, that’s where you come in.

Our company is looking for an entry level, contractor customer success representative to help our users have an incredible experience!

Duties and responsibilities:
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant communication.
Excellent communication skills; friendly, empathetic and clear.
You’re quick on your feet! you can efficiently resolve issues with solutions tailored to individual needs.
Serve as a product, company and industry ambassador, keen on educating both potential prospects and current customers on the benefits of using rolla.
Conduct weekly customer success reports to ensure customers are using rolla and that issues are resolved proactively so that customer goals are met.
Identify product/service updates that reflect customer requests, trends in customer interaction with the platform, industry, market and competitor trends and report to team
Provide insight and relay the voice of the customer with internal teams.

Requirements and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer success, customer support, sales, business development, account management or a related field.
Proven experience building strong customer relationships and efficiently communicating internal and external voices.
Experience growing, scaling, training and supervising a csm team is preferred.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and phone communication skills, with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
