As a national accounts salesperson with reiser, you will be responsible for sales growth, gross profit and positive customer relationships for specified major/key accountsWe are seeking aggressive, enthusiastic and determined sales representatives who can professionally represent our products while building, strengthening and enhancing reiser’s relationships at major/key accounts.
Professionally represent our product line of industrial food processing and food packaging equipment to multiple business units of large food plants.
Ability to network with multiple business units/divisions of food processing plants, such as research and development, engineering, procurement/purchasing.
Share best sales practices with other food industry application specialists on the team.
Be actively involved with sales industry associations.
Prepare status reports and sales reports and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
Help to facilitate quotations, product samples and deliveries.
Work closely with field service team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Direct experience selling capital equipment to the food industry is mandatoryStrong preference for experience in the meat/protein industries.
Prior experience calling on major accounts or leadership experience within the meat/protein industry.
Aggressive, enthusiastic and determined individual with a proven track record of success.
Understands importance of selling equipment with the added service component and working closely with service team.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task.
Comfortable communicating with people on the shop floor to presidents of companies.
Five + years of experience selling food processing and/or food packaging experience
Ability to travel up two to four nights overnight each week throughout the territory visiting customer plants and pursuing new business development.
Undergraduate degree preferred but not required if exceptional experience.
Position is remote, must reside in the united states, ideally in the central usa with close proximity to a major airport.
