Key responsibilities:
Leads the recruitment process for all roles as neededDuties include building a qualified pipeline of candidates, sourcing passive candidates, and conducting resumes screens, phone screens, and behavioral structured interviews, making the formal offer, and completing all steps up to onboarding.
Attends occasional virtual job fairs and university career fairs to boost engagement and strengthen pipeline of qualified candidates.
Stays current on recruiting trends and the job market and adjusts recruiting process appropriately and timely to ensure best practicesServes as an advisor to hiring managers and the interview team on how to best select top talent.
Collaborate with hr team for continuous improvement initiatives for our talent acquisition process.

Interacts with: talent acquisition team, hiring managers, candidates, interview teams, recruiting partners.
Education:
Bachelor`s degree required
Skills and experience:
2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with proven success sourcing and hiring active and passive candidates using linkedin and other search engine toolStaffing or recruiting agency experience preferred.
Prior experience using and maintaining a saas applicant tracking system.
Demonstrated skills in all aspects of recruiting such as networking, sourcing, qualifying, screening, negotiating/closing and relationship management.
Highly adaptable and experience communicating across multiple teams.
Ability to predict talent and align candidates’ skills and experiences with position requirements.
Comfort with ambiguity, ability to act without having the whole picture using sound judgment and strong decision-making skills.
Passionate about business results and quality, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, is dynamic, and can capture a group’s interest and maintain it as well as the ability to facilitate meetings with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view.
Ability to manage multiple projects, multi-task and effectively prioritize conflicting assignments with minimal supervision.
Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and across all functions of the organization.
Proven ability to organize/manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business needs.
