Join us in the position of digital services specialist – strategic & enterprise (dss) where you will execute ricoh’s services sales strategy within assigned strategic and enterprise accountsIn this role, you will be accountable for achieving revenue and gross profit targets through selling ricoh’s business process services focused to content, capture & workflow, process automation, cloud & it services, customer communication management and bpo managed services.
The digital services specialist will be responsible for gaining an understanding of the customer`s digital transformation requirements, documenting those requirements, and creating compelling business solution(s) that meet the customer`s needs and achieves their desired business outcomes.
The dss will be the subject matter expert (sme) within assigned existing and new customer accounts for ricoh`s defined solution portfolioThis role will also require independent sales activities, to include both prospecting and the ability to knit together and sell outcome-based solutions expanding our services and solutionsTo be successful the dss must demonstrate a high degree of business acumen, technical knowledge, communication skills as well as a proven track record of driving high valued business results as an independent consultant.
Strong prospecting skills; ability to engage and develop new relationships, which includes high effectiveness in today’s virtual environment.
Achieves and delivers results associated with ricoh’s business process services.
Ability to analyze, synthesize and diagnose the customer’s business challenges
Repeatable problem solving through clear understanding of industry challenges, regulations and information types.
Navigate, network, and engage relevant stakeholders- knows who and how to leverage relationships to get results, and fully develop relationships across customer and prospect organizations
Strong understanding and utilization of the crm tool to accurately forecast and manage opportunities across teams.

Qualifications (education, experience, and certifications)
Four-year college degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field
Requires 5+ years demonstrated success acting as a subject matter expert in solution sales, preferably with professional services, saas, or consulting services.
Experience working within a team selling environment, preferred software and services
Experience in selling to a variety of accounts including global, national, and strategic preferred.
Must have excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
Must be experienced in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives
