About the role
The senior creative producer is the lifeline to our internal creative teamWell organized and flexible, the ideal candidate can work with all levels of management and outside partnersThey will play a pivotal role in keeping projects moving internally and managing stakeholder expectationsThey will engage with stakeholders to gather information and understand the overall direction of a campaign or creative requestThey will proactively work to move the creative team toward completion of project deliverables and support the team in various administrative activities by building project schedules, forecasting hours for projects, coordinating with different teams to ensure that projects start and finish on time, that all stakeholders have reviewed and approved in a timely manner, and enforce process during projectsThey will help create efficiency by forecasting, monitoring utilization, and identifying opportunities to move projects to lower cost resources.
Support or act as the primary connector between rhythm creative and stakeholders, facilitating definition of project scope and deliverables.
Lead marketing operations projects, develop plans and work assignments against forecasted project load, and drive execution of timely, quality projects
Run internal review meetings as needed; be responsible for daily communication with key internal contacts
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Work directly with senior stakeholders and department heads and nurture cross-team relationships with partners to help them understand the creative production process`
Manage project budget, resources and timelines; work closely with external agencies and contractors; leverage metrics to assess return on investment
Ensure briefs are complete before work begins and partner with teams to gather any missing information
Resolve obstacles and manage change requests as they arise, working with cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders to adjust timelines, project scope and/or resources as needed
Proactively recommend and advocate for solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of processes
Share any process changes, tool updates, training and timing for implementation as required
Help lead creative reviews by creating and communicating agendas beforehand, sending recaps and next steps afterwards
Coordinate with contractors and freelance talent
Bachelor`s degree required.
8+ years of course work or experience in product / production management - working directly in a high-volume, fast-paced, constantly changing studio / in-house creative environment
Experience in interactive marketing - email marketing, site design, social media, video production, and online acquisition
Excellent, proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong listening and superior relationship building skills.
High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence and persuasion skills.
Experience using a project management tools, (preferably asana and resource guru)
Experience working with development teams from alpha to final.
