What you will do :
Responsible for day to day HR operations.
Work collaboratively with the team and assist in HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee engagement activities, and learning and development initiatives.
Responsible for the entire recruitment process.
Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, LinkedIn or employee referrals.
Maintaining daily records of sourcing and interviews details.
Assisting in the planning of company events.
Contribute towards continuously improving HR operational processes.
What You Will Need :
School leavers currently following studies related to Business Management, Human Resources Management or an equivalent professional qualification are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate should possess an excellent command of English and Sinhala in both written and verbal.
Has to be a good team player with interpersonal skills.
Conversant with the MS Office package.
Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of HR/talent acquisition will be an added advantage.
