ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re currently looking for well-spoken & highly creative individuals to reinforce our Social Media Support team as specialists. Although the vast majority of the team is located in Kraków, we have already expanded to Porto and Vilnius offices, so feel free to apply regardless of the location! Our team handles cases that have been raised via social media platforms such as our company’s Twitter and Facebook pages, as well as replying to Trustpilot reviews, moderating Revolut Community page & much more. The team helps to maintain Revolut’s positive image on those platforms, by providing replies to public comments & handling direct message conversations with both retail & business users. We guarantee 24/7 coverage so this role will require working in rotating shifts. Sometimes this can be during the day, afternoon or night. Please consider this before applying.
