Why we’re looking:
We are excited to be adding a web developer to our ever-growing marketing teamThis individual will own all web development for this team and will work closely with the integrated planning team to continuously improve the websiteThis person will implement improvements and updates to our website while also ensuring website maintenance is up to date.
We are looking for an outstanding web developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design, and layout of our websiteThis new team member should be experienced, continuously curious, and eager to innovate and problem solveYou have a reputation for innovative thinking and are passionate about emerging technologies in the spaceYou have a high degree of independent judgment and are not afraid to push the status quo.
What you’ll do:
Plan, design, build, and publish new webpages using webflow
Ensure our site is accessible, responsive, reliable, and optimized to increase conversions
Collaborate closely with performance, brand, and product marketing teams to ensure the customer brand experience is unified and seamless
Help to ensure revenuewell.com follows all necessary compliances (ada, gdpr, ccpa)
Implement integrations into webflow
Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them
Articulate technical concepts, both verbally and written, in a manner that can support the needs of non-technical team members
What we’re looking for:
4 - 5+ years of web development experience
Experience building and managing websites using the webflow cms
Experience with user testing, a/b testing, and data collection
Proficiency in graphic design software including but not limited to figma, adobe creative suite and other visual design tools
Work experience with google analytics, google tag manager, & salesforce
Experience with marketing automation tools (pardot, hubspot, etc.)
Knowledge of seo best practices
Ability to innovate and solve complex problems
