We are disrupting legacy solutions in a $2T revenue operations market where many SaaS companies are still relying on Word docs and spreadsheets to manage a patchwork process. Productboard, Loom, and Onna are just a few of the companies that use RevOps to send smarter sales deals and close deals faster.
Our Technical Customer Support will partner with customers to help work through any integration concerns / issues, working with any product issue’s first symptoms to their eventual resolution, and communicate with our customers and internal stakeholders throughout the process. This position really needs someone technically minded / curious to evaluate issues and create solutions, always taking into account if it’s helping the customer. You’ll be embedded within Engineering, Marketing and Sales, so you will have access to exchange ideas, grow and learn with these teams. We are a remote only team based in the US, and you’ll collaborate with folks from the East Coast to the West Coast.
